Alfredo Vanegas Montoya, Lawyer, Teacher, Journalist, Writer and Researcher, President of the Envigado History Center. He was also President of the Envigado Council, President of the Medellín, Colombia, Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of Education and Culture of the Antioquia Department and Member of the Congress of Colombia, among other positions. He is the author of several books.

Alfredo Vanegas Montoya, Abogado, periodista, profesor, escritor e investigador. Presidente del Centro de Historia de Envigado. Fue Presidente del Concejo de Envigado, Presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Medellín para Antioquia, Secretario de Educación y Cultura del Departamento de Antioquia, Miembro del Congreso de la República de Colombia como Representante a la Cámara, entre otras posiciones. Es autor de varios libros.
